Discover Our Story: The Passion Behind Las Hammocks's Handcrafted Hammocks

Welcome to Las Hammocks, where tradition meets relaxation. We're excited to share our handcrafted hammocks, made with love and expertise in El Salvador.

Our founder, Fabricio, was born in El Salvador and moved to the United States at the age of 10. In 2019, he returned to his homeland for the first time in 40 years as part of a medical brigade team through a nonprofit called HOPE. This visit reconnected him with his roots, reigniting his passion for his birthplace, its vibrant culture, and, most importantly, its people.

Through this journey, Fab realized his lifelong dream of starting a hammock business that would share the beauty, comfort and showcase the hammocks he grew up with. These hammocks are not just pieces of fabric—they are a living tradition. Each one is handcrafted by skilled artisans in El Salvador, using techniques passed down through generations.

As we continue to grow, we're excited to introduce even more of the unique craftsmanship from El Salvador and some from Mexico. In addition to our signature hammocks, we now offer handwoven beach bags, linens, and home goods—all lovingly made by local artisans. Each product is designed to bring a touch of El Salvador's rich culture into your home and lifestyle.
